Worthless weekend?!?! Do you understand how many guilds are going to be climbing into the 1200 rating...A Lot. Especially with all these tournaments. People are getting major rating, and breaking the 1200 mark. I'm pretty sure they will greatly appreciate this weekend.

worthless weekend for who? You because you only like PVE and every event weekend should be catered to your needs and wants?

Not sure why they won't have a double faction ab weekend. I can only remember one of these being held in the past. All the rest of the pvp stuff has zero interest for me but I understand ANET is trying to spread out the weekend events. Don't get too worked up about most of the weekend events one way or the other but really would like to see the ab faction weekend come back...those titles have a lot of pts between levels.

QFT! People don't think outside the box when it comes to weekends like this. GVG Weekend...HMM...that means people will be doing more gvg's. Any1 notice how many bad groups form when there is double greens, or other stuff. Obviously thats the same for GVG. Horrible guilds will come out to gvg, meaning, the better guilds move faster up the ladder, therefore climbing higher in ranks and getting closer to 1200 rating. Especially with the tourneys, easy wins against really bad guilds ftw.

Meh, people should chill out about weekend events. Anet cant please everyone at once.

We pve'rs have had many weekends that are beneficial to us but not to pvper's. Anet is just sharing the love.

/me waits for another rare/green weekend!

Ah, well. Hope that everyone who likes to GvG enjoys the weekend. This one's not for me, but not every one will be. Still, thanks to ANet for doing the weekend events, even if they can't please everyone all the time.

What could Anet do to make GVG more attractive? Make another title? Increase rewards?

Balanced skills would be a good place to start.

Not complaining about the weekend at all, but let's be serious here, who WOULDN'T want a weekend that interests them? Whatever.

Anyways, I really don't see why Anet couldn't just offer a PvP side as well as PvE to the weekends simultaneously.

I am inclined to agree with this person who made the comment that I understood to a level of seeing what he did there previously, which is to say before my current posting within and viewing of this thread.
